Philadelphia System of Care (PSOC) is developing Community of Care councils that will promote the behavioral health and wellness for youth and families in local Philadelphia neighborhoods. We’re looking for Community Council Youth/Family Facilitators that want to empower their community by strengthening connections between local community organizations and facilitating monthly conversations with community leaders.
